Avengelyne is an anecdotal comic book character co-made by Rob Liefeld and Cathy Christian, and initially distributed in 1995 by Maximum Press and propelled from Ben Dunn's comic Warrior Nun Areala from Antartic Press. Avengelyne is a holy messenger who battles the strengths of shrewdness and frequently ends up close and personal with devils, beasts, and so forth. The first character outline for Avengelyne was taking into account the resemblance of previous Vampirella model Cathy Christian.
